An orientation programme was conducted by the department for the I M Com students on August 7, 2015, in the college Seminar hall.The chief guest was C A Vaman Kamath, Alternate treasurer, CHS Association, Mangaluru.The chief guest in his address spoke about the 125 years’ history of Canara Institutions. He stressed on the importance of grabbing the opportunities that will present themselves to the students during these two years and also in their future life.
The formal function was followed by various activities conducted by the II M Com students for the I M Com students. 47 students participated in the programme.
