Bachelor of Science

The B. Sc. programme forms the basis of Science and comprises of subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, Botany and Zoology. Pursuing a B. Sc. degree is most beneficial for those aspirants who have a strong interest and background in Science and Mathematics. It is also beneficial to those who wish to pursue multi and inter-disciplinary science careers in future.

Wide opportunities are available for graduates with B.Sc. degree as they can be absorbed in both science and non-science fields. They can go for master degree in Sciencei.e.,M.Sc., and can also opt for research. It will enable the aspirants to learn, work and get jobs not only in India but also in abroad.

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) is a three year graduation programme. Admissions are open to those who have passed the Pre-University Course with Science subjects. Additional conditions of eligibility for specific combinations are applied as per Mangalore University Board.

A candidate opting for Physics as an optional subject shall also opt Mathematics as an optional subject.

A candidate opting for Computer Science as an optional subject shall also opt Physics and Mathematics.

A Candidate opting for Botany shall opt for Zoology and Chemistry only.
